In this entry , i am going to share an interesting thing that i will like to do during my free time .
The thing is learn to cook

What ? Why ?

Let me tell you . Everyone loves to eat and i am one of them . So the reason why i want to learn cooking is i can cook any favourite foods by myself rather than buy them outside. Beside , i can cook for my lovely family rather than outside . I bad about cook at all , so i really want to learn it with my mother . I would like to learn how to cook 'ikan siakap tiga rasa'  .  That was my favourite meals . I hope i can cook for my family and they will enjoy it :')

MY DREAM HOUSE :D




House is a place to stay together with part of our family . My dream house is the house that has a complete facility , has swimming pool and a wide garden . Actually , my dream house a kind of large and comfortable for my family . I want a garden in front of my house which give me a natural environment . I want a big swimming pool because play with water can release my tension . I prefer to have ground or 2 level of my house because I have a small family . At ground floor , must have a televisyen , sofa , shelves of book , flower decoration and other else . I want a 2 guest room for my relatives . In the kitchen of my house , I want to have complete facilities such as refrigerator , to put food , meat , chicken , cold drink ,vegetables etc . At second floor , I will make a master room for my parent , 3 medium rooms for my brother , sister and I .In every bathroom , there are complete facilities such as shower , that thing that use to organize temperature of water. I also want to make a badminton court at outside of house and provide a place that my parents can drinks a tea during their free time in evening while watching a natural environment .I think I will enjoy of my life if I get this house . I must be successful and make my parents proud of me .   .

The BEST THING in MY HOMETOWN !

A entry on this day is im going to tell you about my hometown, Kulim , Kedah.In my hometown there are a lot of place everyone can go. And one of them is Kulim Landmark Centre. The most favourite place for a family , youngsters and to be exact for all ages. 

This is a short profile of Kulim Landmark Central. It's a shopping center located in Kulim , Kedah.. Currently, Kulim Landmark Central shopping mall is the largest in Kulim and the first in Kulim. Kulim Landmark Central is located near the village of Yam, basil Park within 1.5 kilometers of Park City basil and 3.5 kilometers from Hi-Tech Industrial Park in Kulim.

How to make HEALTHY NASI LEMAK??

Fuh fuh. Take 1, everyone. I’m just joking. Haha.

I don't want to waste your time as well as my time too. So, let me share the recipe to make NASI LEMAK with all of you. So, make sure you write down the recipe. Okay? High 5! ^_^

The ingredients that we need to have in order to make Healthy Nasi Lemak.

Nasi Lemak:
1 cup of brown rice
1/3 coconut milk
1 cup of water
Several slice of ginger
Pinch of sea salt

Rinse the brown rice and add everything in a pot. Soak it for 5-10 minutes then cook until rice is fluffy. Do borrow your mom rice cooker. Hihi.

Sambal Tumis:
12 dried chillis , soaked in cool water for 15 minutes , then dried
4-5 birds's eye chilli
3 medium red onions , roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed and rougly chopped

Blend the above ingredients.

1 1/2 tsp Tamarind Paste

Heat about 3 tablespoons of oil and first fry the chilli paste until separate with oil . Add tamarind and sugar, continue to cook for another 15 minutes or until the mixture turns dark red. Add a little water at this point and cook for futher minute or two. Taste or adjust if needed.

Other Condiments:
Cucumber slices
Fried anchovy
Fried groundnut
Boiled egg


The last thing to do is arrange everything neatly on the plate and enjoy your meal! Nyum nyum.
